Brace yourself, all of the beers are coming, and I am not just talking about the Great American Beer Festival (GABF).
Once a year, one of the top beer cities in the country becomes the beer capital of the world. The week is capped off by the Great American Beer Festival but you are doing yourself and the beer a great disservice if you don’t take the time to see what else is going on all over town.
Now I know what you are thinking, this blog is dedicated to the Colorado Craft Beer Scene and you are right, but this is the one time of year I give myself a free pass. There is no better way to understand your own local beers than by trying the best the country has to offer.
This week we are talking about the events, and each week leading up to the big day, or in my case big days we will be looking at the different breweries, beers and festival day itineraries. Of course, there will also be a special post dedicated to festival snacks – any and all suggestions are welcome.
